(“we”, “us”, “our”) and you as the customer. By accessing or using our store you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
The version of these Terms in force at the time your order is placed applies to that contract.
You may place an order if you have full legal capacity. Minors may only order with the consent of their legal guardian, unless the purchase is covered by § 110 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or creating an account, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen, and minor variations may occur, especially for handcrafted or small-batch goods. Product descriptions and availability may change at any time before an order is placed.
The presentation of products in this store does not constitute a binding offer by us.
By clicking the order button you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart.
The automatic email confirming that we have received your order is an acknowledgement of receipt only and does not constitute acceptance of your offer. A contract is concluded when we send you a separate shipping confirmation, or at the latest when we dispatch the goods.
We may decline an offer in justified cases, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if fraud is suspected. Any payment already made will then be refunded in full.
Technical steps leading to the contract: select a product → add it to your cart → open the cart → proceed to checkout → enter your delivery and billing details → choose a shipping and payment method → review the summary → click the order button.
Correcting input errors: before clicking the order button you can review all entries on the summary page and change them at any time using your browser’s back function or by returning to your cart. Quantities can be changed or items removed in the cart at any time before checkout is completed.
Storage of the contract text: we store the order data and send you an order confirmation containing all order details by email. These Terms are permanently available on this page and can be printed or saved. Your past orders are also accessible in your customer account, if you created one.

All prices are shown in Euro (€) and are total prices.
Pursuant to § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG) we do not charge value added tax and therefore do not show it separately. / Gemäß § 19 UStG erheben wir keine Umsatzsteuer und weisen diese daher nicht aus.
Shipping costs are shown separately and are not included in the item price. See our Shipping Policy for the applicable rates.
Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract. We dispatch goods after receipt of payment.
The goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
Unless a different delivery period is stated on the product page, we deliver within 30 days of conclusion of the contract. The delivery times given in our Shipping Policy are carrier estimates within that period.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you only upon delivery of the goods to you or to a person designated by you. Our liability for delays is governed by statutory law. We are not liable for events of force majeure.
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Full details, including the withdrawal period, how to exercise the right, the effects of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form, are set out in Part A of our Return and Refund Policy.
Statutory warranty rights for defective goods apply, in particular a warranty period of two years from delivery. Details are set out in Part B of our Return and Refund Policy. No commercial guarantee (Garantie) is given unless expressly stated for an individual product.
All content of this store (designs, graphics, photographs, text, branding and products) is the property of weast.berlin or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or otherwise commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written permission.
Our store may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party services. We are not responsible for the content of external websites, third-party services or transactions you conclude with third parties.
This store is operated using the Shopify platform. All purchase contracts are concluded directly with weast.berlin. Shopify is a technical service provider and is not a party to those contracts.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, in particular the GDPR. Some data is processed on our behalf by Shopify and by the payment service providers listed in Section 6.
If you submit feedback, reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it in connection with our services, and you confirm that you hold the necessary rights. We may remove unlawful or inappropriate content.
Obvious errors in prices or product descriptions do not become part of the contract. If such an error is discovered, we will inform you before dispatch and you may either confirm the corrected order or cancel it free of charge. Any payment already made will be refunded in full without delay.
You may not use our services for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to distribute malware or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of such violations.
We are liable in accordance with German statutory law.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health.
In cases of slight negligence we are liable only where a material contractual obligation (Kardinalpflicht) is breached — that is, an obligation whose fulfilment is essential to the proper performance of the contract and on whose observance you may regularly rely — and in that case only for damage that is foreseeable and typical for this type of contract.
Liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) and liability arising from any guarantee expressly given by us remain unaffected.
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
These Terms and all contracts concluded under them are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If you are a consumer with habitual residence in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that state remain unaffected by this choice of law.
The version of these Terms in force at the time your order is placed applies to that contract. We may amend these Terms for future orders. Amendments have no retroactive effect on contracts already concluded.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
